Nel Settecento il teatro era straordinariamente popolare, con fortissime contaminazioni tra l’arte, lo spettacolo e la “maraviglia” della scenografia. Il pubblico in platea, in piedi sulla nuda terra, assisteva alla rappresentazione per ore, mangiando, bevendo, cantando, ballando, facendo l’amore e magari uccidendo, in un surreale e magnifico tripudio di arte e di poesia. Questo è il concept del Teatro Alberti, bar, ristorante, teatro e music hall.


In the eighteenth century the theatre was extraordinarily popular, with a very high level of interaction between art, spectacle, the “wonder” of the scenery and the audience, standing on the bare earth and watching the performance, for hours, eating, drinking, singing, dancing, making love and perhaps even killing, in a surreal and magnificent moment of art and poetry. This is the concept of the Teatro Alberti, bar, restaurant, theatre and music hall.
